How it works

A SEPA recall asks the sending bank to request the return of a euro credit transfer from the beneficiary's bank — used for mistaken or fraudulent transfers within the SEPA zone.

You sent a recent EUR transfer between SEPA banks.

Timing

Most effective within days, before the funds are withdrawn; once credited, recall is a request, not a guarantee.
